Can’t say enough good things here…I was looking at a very specific areas with what I thought was an unrealistic price range. Getting to live in my ideal area seemed unobtainable. Then adding the current market with no inventory, prices only going up, my dream seemed further and further away. Danielle and her team proposed the home I’m currently living in now! It was over my price range but her knowledge of the area, the community, comparables, average time on the market and overall tenacity she had convinced me to at least look. This house would have never been something I’d of looked at because not only was it listed over my price range but frankly was way nicer than anything I had pictured myself living in. We put an offer in and with some bold negotiations she got my offer accepted! Her judgment was sound that got me an accepted offer, but this isn’t even it! When it came to final walk through day there were some issues with the house itself that came up. While still doing the walk through she had made the calls and everything was fixed by days end. If you’re looking for a realtor and team that won’t lead you along or set you up with disappointment, these are your people! I would recommend Danielle to my friends and family or if I ever end up buying again! Thanks again Danielle and Team!
