This is my second time using Chris as a realtor and he is incredible – He responds quickly, he explains everything so well and takes the time to answer any and all questions you may have (and I had a lot)… I really appreciated that when viewing the home, Chris didn’t just point out the good things but was also mindful of where there could be issues and made a point to ask the inspector about them. He definitely knows his stuff and is just a genuine person. I know I could text him now (after the sales gone through) about any house question I could possibly have and he would answer or help find me someone great who could help.
Let’s be honest, houses are selling themselves right now but Chris is still working as hard now as he did when he helped me buy my first home 6 years ago.
