My husband, Mark, and I, have used Chris for several of our sales and purchases in the past and we just worked with him again to buy our first investment property. He was knowledgeable about what to look for and what to avoid, was quick at negotiating with the seller’s realtor, and quick to answer any questions that came up between purchasing and the possession date. He has been so helpful with providing some recommendations for local services for some of the things we need to get done at our new property. We can always rely on Chris to tell us the truth, be fair, and just be an all out great human.
