I recently moved to Grande Prairie from Nova Scotia. Chris had a listing I had asked him about last summer, he was very professional, thorough, efficient and friendly. As life goes my property in Nova Scotia did not sell until this spring, however Chris continued to send me prospective properties to look at. I have now bought a home here in Clairmont and could not be happier with the time and patience Chris took with me in this process, it had been 20 years since I had bought my last home in Nova Scotia and what a eye opener as to how the purchase process has changed and also the provincial changes as well. However, Chris made it so easy; explaining the processes as the purchase went through. I would definitely recommend Chris as a realtor, he is so informative. When you are going through the process you have a lot on your mind and may forget something Chris is right there to provide a gentle reminder.
